The Wine Concierge Coupons and Promo Codes

Welcome to The Wine Concierge Fam.
We didn’t stumble into wine. We were called to it.

The Wine Concierge was born from Vino 301 Wine Concierge — Maryland’s wine tour experts — and a question that kept us up at night:

Why are the most extraordinary winemakers in the world the ones nobody’s heard of?

Not because their wine isn’t exceptional. Not because their craft isn’t world-class. But because the wine industry — like so many industries — wasn’t built with them in mind.

We decided to do something about that.

Why BIPOC and Culturally Diverse Wines?
Here’s a number that should bother you: less than 1% of the wine industry is represented by BIPOC communities.

Less. Than. One. Percent.

And yet — the wines being produced by these communities? Stunning. Complex. Award-worthy. The kind of bottles that make you set down your glass, look at the label, and say, “Wait. Who made this? I need more.”

There’s a stubborn myth that BIPOC-produced wines are sweet, simple, or somehow lesser. We are here — with receipts, with bottles, and with zero patience for that narrative — to prove otherwise.

The real story isn’t about quality. It’s about access. These producers often lack the financial resources for large-scale production and wide distribution. So their wines don’t make it to the shelves of big retailers. They don’t show up in mainstream wine lists. They stay hidden — not because they don’t deserve to be found, but because the system wasn’t designed to find them.

That’s where we come in.

Our Mission: Shine the Light.
Broadening awareness and availability — that’s our mantra. It always has been.

We are a boutique, curated wine concierge on a mission to put extraordinary wines from women winemakers, Black-owned wineries, and minority-led producers directly into your hands. Every bottle we carry is hand-selected with intention. Every producer we feature has a story worth telling — and a wine worth drinking.

We’re not a big box retailer. We’re not chasing volume. We’re building something more meaningful: a community of wine lovers that crosses gender, racial, and economic lines — united by curiosity, good taste, and the belief that who makes your wine matters as much as what’s in the glass.

We’ve Watched Brands Grow. That’s the Point.
his work is personal for our founder, Leslie Frelow — Owner & Chief Discovery Officer.

“I have seen brands grow and become part of the mainstream conversation. Changing mindsets so that more businesses flourish — those are my proudest moments.”

When you buy a bottle from The Wine Concierge, you’re not just treating yourself to something delicious. You’re casting a vote for a more equitable wine industry. You’re telling distributors, retailers, and the broader market: these producers matter. These wines belong on every table.

And slowly, beautifully — they are getting there.

You Belong Here.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or someone who just wants to stop saying “I’ll have whatever” at dinner — this community is for you.

We’ll guide you to the right bottle for every occasion. We’ll introduce you to the makers behind the label. We’ll make wine feel less like a gatekept world and more like a warm invitation.

No intimidation. No gatekeeping. No “you should already know this.”

Just great wine, honest storytelling, and a community that’s changing mindsets — one pour at a time.

Let’s change mindsets together.

Cheers, my friend. 🥂
